The Good List

Dear Readers,
I couldn't sleep last night 
Thinking of all I wanted to say.
Yes, there is a Good List.
I find this tool is not as powerful as the Bad List
But it also helps me.

What Do I Want?

To bike
To playing guitar, piano, and sing
To laugh
To help other people
To go to yoga
To help my husband more
To love
To eat more fruits and veggies (LOL)
To bring joy to people
To walk outside

When I was drinking,
All of this was not happening.
Drinking wipes away the good stuff.

I am getting it back!
Yay!!!
